Gold City Health & Rehab is a 102 bed skilled nursing facility. We offer short-term rehab and long-term care. We provide a wide-variety of skilled services customized to meet the evolving needs of our senior population. We strive to provide exceptional care, with a personal touch. Located behind the nursing home, is a Personal Care Center. The facility is a 24 bed unit offering private and semi-private rooms.
