Paul T. Hoffman, Chocolatier and founder of Hoffman's Chocolates of Florida, has worked since 1975 to deliver incredible candies, chocolates and sweets for all to enjoy.

Our chocolate shop is located on the Historic Dahlonega Square in the Hall's Block Building. While visiting our shop, have fun watching the chocolates being made using the finest ingredients from scratch based on old fashioned time tested recipes.

Over 80 fine handmade chocolates, including Sweet Cream Truffles, Butter Creams, Turtles, Our signature Coconut Cashew Crunch. Products are made with Homemade Caramel, Marshmallow and Peanut Butter.

Make sure you pick up a souvenir of our historic town, the DAHLONEGA CHOCOLATE GOLD BAR, made from rich milk or dark chocolate, golden raisins, and Georgia Pecans, created at Paul Thomas Chocolates.
