4th of July Family Day Celebration

Pack up your lawn chairs and blankets and head on up to Dahlonega, only an hour’s drive north of Atlanta, for a full day of exciting activities and events that the entire family will enjoy!

This special event offers a general celebration for July 4, 2020. Stop by from 11 AM to 7 PM for shaved ice and food trucks in the park. Satisfy cravings for gourmet street cuisine - These easy meals are sure to please palates of all ages!

Join us in Hancock Park from 1 PM - 2 PM to see the Dahlonega Action Dogs! The Dahlonega Action Dogs is a sport team that does dog sport shows and competes in Agility, Disc Sports, and Dock Diving. The Action Dogs team consists of handlers Rick and Debbie Nielsen and three border collies, Ripp, age 6, Jessie, age 5, and Pete almost 2.

Acoustic music will begin at 12 PM. Enjoy the sounds of local musicians as you shop the square of Dahlonega.
