Come join Leslie and Elyce for a blissful weekend. During this 3-night, 4-day retreat, you’ll enjoy morning and evening vinyasa yoga classes, hiking, meditation, healthy food and time to relax and breathe in the fresh mountain air. Optional excursions and activities include spa treatments, beginner to advanced hikes, biking, waterfalls, whitewater rafting, horseback riding, visiting wildlife preserves, vineyards and
wine tasting. There will be plenty of time at your leisure to explore, play, rest and to soak up
the warm sun and the clean mountain air. Inspired by the beautiful scenery, this retreat will
help you come back into balance and alignment so that you can reconnect with yourself and nature, and leave rejuvenated and refreshed.
Together, Leslie and Elyce have created a community of the heart at Absolute Yoga in Woodbury, NY. As
the co-creators of The Refined Flow Teacher Training and with over 30 years of combined experience, they cull from their varied backgrounds in yoga, meditation and Thai Yoga massage to offer a supportive,
welcoming environment for all. They share a passion for deeply spiritual practices that inspire students both on and off the mat.
