Beauty and the Beast

Based on the 1991 Disney classic and dating back to a late 18th-century classic French fairy tale, Beauty and the Beast tells the story of Belle, a bright, beautiful and independent young woman. She is taken prisoner by a beast in his castle. Despite her fears, she befriends the castle's enchanted staff and learns to look beyond the beast's hideous exterior, allowing her to recognize the kind heart and soul of the true prince that hides on the inside. Come watch this beautiful tale come to life on stage at Lumpkin County High School!
