Bourbon Street Grille's New Years Eve 4-Course Dinner

Bourbon Street Grille will be open for New Year's Eve! We are normally closed on Tuesdays, but we couldn't resist celebrating the beginning of a new year with our amazing customers!
We hope to be apart of your holiday plans and we wish nothing but the best 2020 for our customers and our beautiful mountain town!
In addition to our regular menu, we're offering a delicious 4-course New Years Dinner!
First Course
PAELLA BALLS
A mixture of rice, crawfish, colored peppers, saffron, and champagne butter
CHAMPAGNE SALAD
Frisee lettuce and arugula topped with manchego, almonds and
bacon topped with a champagne white grape vinaigrette
Main Course
CHOICE OF ENTREE
Prime Rib, basted in Merlot, served with caulilini roasted in a butter
garlic sauce and crushed potatoes
OR
Seared Scallops in apple cider butter sauce served with bourbon
smoked brussels and roasted fingerling potatoes
Fourth Course
DESSERT
Bourbon salted caramel cheesecake topped with pralines
