Dahlonega-Lumpkin Candidates Forum

The Dahlonega-Lumpkin County Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Bureau and the Dahlonega Woman’s Club are co-hosting a Candidates Forum Friday, May 13, 2016. The forum will be held at Lumpkin County Parks and Recreation, 365 Riley Road, Dahlonega.  The Candidates Forum will start promptly at 5:30 PM and end at 8:00 PM.

All candidates qualified to run for their prospective office in the upcoming local election are invited to participate. The candidates will include the following positions: Office of the Sheriff, Judge of Probate Court, Chief Magistrate Judge, Clerk of Superior Court, County Surveyor, Tax Commissioner, County Commission Chairman, Commissioner for District 1 District LRG1 and District 2 District LRG2, Coroner, Board of Education for District 1 District LRG1 and District 3 District LRG3.
