For the first time in Dahlonega’s rich music history, four of the town’s most popular music groups join together to perform for the Dahlonega Sunrise Rotary’s Night of Music Concert, May 29, 6 p.m., at The Holly Theater.
Headlining that night are the Kurt Thomas Band, the Ugly Cousins, High Cotton, and Radford Windham and Step Back Cadillac band, with Master of Ceremonies Georgia Senate Majority Leader Senator Steve Gooch.
Concert guests should expect to experience a wide range of music, from blue grass and southern rock to folk and country music all in one night, all in one concert. The Night of Music is our opportunity to spotlight these local musicians and publicly thank them for their music and contributions to our community. This red carpet, spotlight-shining concert is also a Dahlonega Sunrise Rotary fundraiser, with a goal to raise $50,000 for the Dahlonega Sunrise Rotary Foundation and then return those funds back into our community.
Tickets (selling for $100 each) and event sponsorships are available at hollytheater.com.
The event’s major sponsor is Brown Haven Homes.
