Explore the Yin and Yang nature in yoga and in ourselves as we delve into the feminine, soft, relaxing aspect of yin-inspired yoga and the masculine, powerful, energizing aspect of yang-inspired yoga. 

We will travel through all of our chakras, cleansing our minds and bodies for a completely engaging, relaxing and blissful experience.

Enjoy time with yourself and your friends during this 4-day, 3-night retreat. All meals are included at the beautiful Pura Vida Restaurant with healthy, locally sourced fare including fish, chicken, and a variety of vegetarian options. Biodynamic and local wines are featured.
ABOUT THE FACILITATORS:
Debbie Wolff, E-RYT500, has been a certified fitness professional since 1981. Debbie brings her years of experience along with her great sense of humor to each class she teaches, making them as fun and as safe as they are challenging for the mind and body. 

LORI GROSS, LPTA, E-RYT500 has been involved in sports medicine and rehabilitation for over twenty years. Her unique knowledge of the body combined with a strong sequencing talent, result in an anatomically correct and powerful flow. Her love of theatre and soothing voice provide an exceptional guided meditation experience.
