French Provencal Cooking French Provencal cooking is a very distinctive form of French cooking. Learn how the Mediterranean influence makes this style of cooking so delicious. Try traditional recipes with hot spices and seafoods. Provencal cooking typically uses goat cheese, garlic, olive oil, and olives.
