Heart Fire Retreat

This is no ordinary yoga retreat. This is for the fiery feminine ready to meet themselves fully through radical self-approval, love and acceptance. To understand the sacred feminine is to understand the full spectrum, from light to dark, of the human experience. We hold it all and to deny any part of the spectrum is to deny the whole. Throughout the weekend, we will use yoga, ritual, ceremony, movement, journeying and journaling to meet the parts of us that we have discarded, disapproved and disassociated. Only then, can we heal, become whole and ignite our personal magic.
 
You will be supported by the land, the beautiful mountains, nourishing meals and a lovely retreat center, please know that we aren’t messing around. Alchemy requires fire, the fire of your own ignited soul to burn all that you are not.
