Local Dahlonega anti-litter groups will be hosting the 2017 Great American Cleanup Campaign on May 6th.

Local Dahlonega anti-litter groups will be hosting the 2017 Great American Cleanup Campaign on May 6th.

They are looking for volunteers to help pickup litter along Hwy. 52 from the reservoir up towards Rockhouse Rd. If you were a volunteer last year, please wear your bright orange tee shirts. All new volunteers will receive a free tee shirt until supplies run out. They will be meeting at the Walmart parking lot for a brief safety meeting at 7:00 am with the pickup starting at 7:30 am. Please bring gloves and wear good shoes.
