Summer Shopping Extravaganza

Downtown Dahlonega will Remain Alive After 5:00 for the Summer Shopping Extravaganza! Enjoy live entertainment while supporting locally owned shops and restaurants between 5 and 8 PM on the evening of Monday, August 4. The event will feature Radford Windham & Step Back Cadillac on the Welcome Center Plaza, Rick Harris & Friends at the Carriage House Shoppes, as well as extended hours, samples, discounts, and specials at the 25+ participating downtown businesses.

“The summer Shopping Extravaganza is a family event. We encourage everyone to come into town to shop and to celebrate our great community!” said Andrea Lee, owner of The Embroidery Shop. “This is also a great opportunity for our local shoppers to beat the summer heat and take advantage of the special offerings since the majority of the downtown shops will have extended hours until 8 PM.”
