Taste of the Mediterranean: Morocco

Beginning Friday January 5, escape the cold with Capers on the Square as we travel south west from Sicily to experience the Mediterranean side of Moroccan Cuisine. The flavors of Morocco, cumin, saffron, turmeric, cinnamon, clove and nutmeg are sure to warm the coldest of nights. Have some wine with your dinner, stay for dessert. If you can't make it this weekend, we'll be in Morocco for the rest of the month.
