The Silver Sun: A New Musical

Presented in association with the University of North Georgia's Musical Theatre Workshop, The Silver Sun is a new musical adventure packed with intrigue, romance, betrayal, and laughter!

Written by alumnus Naomi Maris Chapman, The Silver Sun focuses on the story of a princess in search of a proper suitor to inherit her aging father's throne; but her quest is thrown in a shocking direction when she is kidnapped for ransom by a dashing pirate captain of The Silver Sun, "The finest pirate ship on the great seas!". Her story then embarks on a thrilling adventure full of new characters, plot twists, and memorable songs.

Performance dates are February 10 & 15 at 8 p.m. and February 11 at 3:30 p.m. General admission at the door, $5 for general public and $3 for students.
