The Vagina Monologues

 "The Vagina Monologues" is a play based on V-Day founder/playwright Eve Ensler's interviews with more than 200 women. The play is about sharing the stories of these women and talking about issues that society prefers to keep silent. Some of the stories are profoundly sad, some will have you laughing hysterically, and others are somewhere in between. But the point is to share the true, unfiltered stories of these women and girls in their own words, from their own perspectives, from a place of empowerment. 

"The Vagina Monologues" is not only a play, but also a part of a global movement to stop violence against women and girls, including rape, battery, incest, female genital mutilation, and sex slavery.
