This workshop will show you that lasting weight loss happens only one way … not by fad diets, not by pills, not by surgery, but through lifestyle change. Susan will discuss the role of processed foods in your life and their effect on digestion, inflammation, and weight gain. You will learn about new, nutritious foods that are easy to prepare. A delicious healthy lunch will be provided. You will also sample a number of different recipes that address your health and weight-loss needs. Learn how to make gradual life-long changes that will bring you better health and more energy. By embracing this approach you can throw away calorie-counting, food journals, crash dieting, and begin to implement lasting lifestyle changes. Also included; a Jazzercise Express class. If you’ve never taken a Jazzercise class this is your opportunity to see what it’s like.
Come dressed to move and bring a chair for the workshop portion.
